CLIENTS — AFTER THE HANDSHAKE

Never wonder how your site is doing.

Most studios go quiet after launch. Here, launch is when a second system switches on, one that watches, reports, and answers, so the site your business depends on is never a question mark.

[01]WHAT NEVER SWITCHES OFF—

Four commitments, running in the background

[01]ACCOUNTABILITY

One person answers

Every engagement runs through one accountable lead who scopes the work, leads the build, and answers for the result. Questions go to the person doing the answering, never a ticket queue at an agency that has moved on.

A DECISION-MAKER ON THE OTHER END, ALWAYS

[02]ACCESS

A portal of your own

Ask for changes and watch each request move to resolved, with the whole conversation attached. Completed work appears in your feed. New pages show up as they go live. Invoices and how to pay live there too. It installs on your phone like an app.

REQUESTS, PROGRESS, AND BILLING IN ONE PLACE

[03]REPORTING

A monthly report, unprompted

Each month: the work delivered, pages published, leads that arrived, requests resolved, and whether the site stayed up. It arrives by email and lives in your portal, whether or not you ask, because you shouldn't have to ask.

THE MONTH AT A GLANCE, EVERY MONTH

[04]WATCHING

Watched, not parked

Supported sites are checked around the clock. If your site goes down, the studio finds out first and gets to work; broken things get looked at before anything else. That standing state runs on one flat monthly fee, never a bucket of hours.

PROBLEMS FOUND BEFORE CUSTOMERS FIND THEM

[02]A REPRESENTATIVE MONTH—

Read the amber rows

This is what a typical supported month looks like from your side of the portal. The amber rows are the only moments that needed you. Everything else is the system doing its job: quietly, on schedule, without a status call.

YOUR TOTAL EFFORT: ONE REQUEST, ONE PAYMENT.

  1. DAY 01THE STUDIO

Your monthly report lands in your portal and inbox. Work delivered, pages published, leads that arrived, and whether the site stayed up. Nobody scheduled a meeting for this.

  2. DAY 03YOU

You want a wording change on the services page. You open the portal on your phone and file the request in under a minute.

  3. DAY 04THE STUDIO

The change is live. Your request flips to resolved, with the before-and-after noted in the thread.

  4. DAY 09THE STUDIO

A new article for your site goes live and appears in your portal's page list on its own: titles, descriptions, the lot.

  5. DAY 12THE STUDIO

2 a.m., and your site gets one of its round-the-clock checks. Up, fast, nothing to report. This line repeats all month; you never see it.

  6. DAY 15YOU

Your monthly invoice arrives in the portal with exactly how to pay. You pay it. The ledger marks it settled.

  7. DAY 19THE STUDIO

A customer inquiry comes through your site and is waiting in your portal: name, contact, what they asked for.

  8. DAY 26THE STUDIO

A small improvement ships under support: no invoice, no ceremony. It shows up in your recent-work feed.

  9. DAY 01THE STUDIO

The next report writes itself from everything above. The month starts again.

ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT A LOG — BUT THIS IS THE SHAPE OF EVERY MONTH.

THE EXIT CLAUSE — READ IT FIRST

Everything stays portable.

None of this is a lock-in. Take the work in-house or to another developer whenever you want, with a clean handoff. Most clients stay because the system above is easier, and that should be the only reason anyone stays.

Handled like we own it.
